Return/Exchange
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept
returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all our
personalized jewelry. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, if the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. Non Personalized items may be exchanged for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us for
instructions.
Errors
If there is an error in personalization on your piece we will replace
the piece and the shipping will be waived. All customer order errors can
be revised but will subject to a fee. Please Contact us for instructions.
Shipping
Domestic Orders - We ship all domestic order
Fedex express saver, 2 Day, or Overnight. Orders under $50.00 can be shipped USPS Priority Mail for $6.00. We are not responsible for any lost packages shipped through USPS. Upon completion of your order you will receive
tracking information via email.
International Orders - We ship international orders using USPS International Priority Mail for $20.00 or Fedex International Priority.
Your international order may be subject to local custom and duties once
the order reaches your country; please contact your local customs office
for more information on this matter. Isabelle Grace Jewelry is not responsible for additional duties or taxes.
