We created this piece in response to the overwhelming reaction to our original Plume Heart Necklace. This beautiful charm necklace features an abstract heart charm made of fine (.999) silver your message stamped on the back and one mini initial disc. Add additional discs to complete your necklace.

The heart charm measures a bit over ¾ inch and will be stamped with your message. Name discs are approximately ½ inch in size. Necklace comes with one Mini Plume Heart Charm and one Name Disc.
