Looking gorgeous as always, celebrity mom Nicole Sullivan was snapped wearing a Signature Mini Tag necklace from Isabelle Grace!  We couldn’t be more proud to see the beautiful mother of two in one of our favorite designs!  Nicole is featured wearing the necklace in the current edition of US Weekly Magazine.

The Signature Mini Tags are made from fine silver and each tag is accented with a sparkling CZ.  A silver initial of your choice is hand engraved into the tag before it is adorned with a gold heart charm.  The tag and charms hang from an oxidized silver chain.  The charms are completely hand made—each piece is a custom creation!

I never expected this day to come so soon, but it’s finally here.  The team at Isabelle Grace Jewelry has moved into a new studio location at Howland Place in New Bedford!  Thanks to all of your support and love for Isabelle Grace Jewelry, we are expanding and growing every day!

This is such an exciting time for us.  The new studio is larger and there is more open space for us to get creative and make beautiful personalized jewelry.

We feel right at home in this 20^th century former textile mill that was converted into a designer outlet shopping center in the 1980s. The building was revitalized n 2000 but still holds so much historical significance to the city of New Bedford.

With our new home comes refreshed creativity and you can expect to see some new designs and products in the near future….stay tuned!

These days Photo Jewelry is all the rage, everyone is doing it and everyone is wearing it from Hollywood Stars to hip moms from Boston to San Francisco.

The reality, however, is that Photo Jewelry is really quite an old trend. It has been around for centuries in the form of the well known locket. Back in the day it was used to carry good luck charms, hair, keepsakes and even powder or poison.

My oldest memory of this is of my grandmother wearing her lockets after my grandfather had passed away. But that wasn’t my grandmother’s thing. It was what women did where she came from (Figueria Da Foz), and her mother before her did it as well. In Portugal – from the north of the country to the south you will see little old ladies decked out in the most beautiful antique gold jewelry that has been passed down to them through generations. Many of those pieces are lockets with pictures of loved ones worn in tribute and as a memoir.

Photo jewelry is fun and unique. Today’s photo jewelry is a bit more modern and simplified but it represents the same basic idea, a distinctive way to show off your most prized possessions.
