Return/Exchange
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all our personalized and photo jewelry.

Production Time Frame
Each piece is created once your order is placed; please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the creation of your custom pieces, not including delivery time. All personalized and photo jewelry orders are final.

Errors
If there is an error in personalization on your piece we will repair and replace the piece and the shipping will be waived. All customer order errors can be revised however are subject to fee. We will also replace all defective merchandise free of charge.

Shipping
Timeframes - All pieces are hand-made to order therefore please allow 4 to 5 weeks for your order to be made and then your package will be shipped via the method you choose at checkout.

Domestic Orders - We ship all domestic order Fedex for $10.00.  Upon completion of your order you will receive tracking information via email.

International Orders - We ship all international orders using USPS International Priority Mail for $15.00. Your international order may be subject to local custom and duties once the order reaches your country; please contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.

Photo Jewelry
We will crop pictures as necessary and convert all images to black and white unless otherwise requested. To send your photo you can either email me at claudia@isabellegracejewelry.com or send a hardcopy to:

Photos should be a minimum of 300dpi; this is preferred and will ensure you the highest quality on your photo jewelry piece.  The higher the resolution of the image the clearer the photo will appear on your custom piece.
