Not happy - Its not worth the cost

I had recently purchased the "Mother of Pearl - Miraculous Medal (about 3 weeks ago) - I have been very careful with this piece. I do not wear it in the shower or when I am using make up or hairspray. I keep it in a velvet bag when not wearing it.

I do love this necklace, but not even a month in, even with all this caution, the necklace is tarnished and looks dirty. I paid a good price for something that most consumers would hope to at least wear decently for at least a few months. Not happy at all.
