Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our jewelry comes ready to be gifted, we package it in a pink organza pouch inside a craft colored box with our logo.

How long will it take to get my jewelry?
Our pieces are custom made to order therefore please allow 3-4 weeks and then delivery time to receive your piece.

Can I wear my jewelry all the time?
To keep your jewelry looking it's best, we recommend not wearing it while swimming (pools/hot tubs, ocean) or bathing. Chlorine and other household chemicals or cleaning agents can tarnish your jewelry and even residue from soap, shampoo, perfume etc... can make your jewelry look dull. Because most of our pieces have a matte finish we include a polish pad for you to use to clean your piece. Gently buff in circular motions over the surface of the piece to restore the matte finish and to remove tarnish, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. We are always happy to clean your jewelry for you, simply contact us to make arrangements for this.

Return/Exchange
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all our personalized jewelry. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, if a piece is damaged or defective we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. Please contact us for instructions.

Production Time Frame
Each piece is created once your order is placed; please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the creation of your custom pieces, not including delivery time. All orders are final.

Errors
If there is an error in personalization on your piece we will replace the piece and the shipping will be waived. All customer order errors can be revised but will subject to a fee to replace the piece. We will replace all defective merchandise free of charge.

Shipping

Timeframes - All pieces are hand-made to order therefore please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be made and then your package will be shipped via the method you choose at checkout.

Domestic Orders - We ship all domestic order Fedex for $10.00. Upon completion of your order you will receive tracking information via email.

International Orders - We ship all international orders using USPS International Priority Mail for $15.00. Your international order may be subject to local custom and duties once the order reaches your country; please contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
