• These lovely personalized cuffs are made of solid high quality sterling silver, 14kt gold filled or 14kt rose gold filled metal.
• Cuffs measure approx 3mm in diameter and are 6 inches long and are meant to be worn snug to the wrist. 

How to figure out your wrist size:

• Use a soft measuring tape to measure your wrist.
• Make sure to wrap the measuring tape around your wrist so that it makes contact with your skin all the way around. Measure tightly and order ½ inch larger.
• As an example, if your wrist measures 5.75 inches, you should order size 6.25
