Personalized Jewelry & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Because of the custom nature of these pieces, all personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rings
All of our rings are made to order and may only be returned for store credit or a size exchange.
Bead Bracelets
Our bead bracelets are eligible for store credit or size exchange only.
Unlike many brands that offer just one or two sizes, we offer 8 different sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Each bracelet is made to order in our studio, crafted with care and intention — that’s why we treat them as custom pieces.
Non-Personalized Items
Items that are not personalized may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for:
- Store credit or
- A refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee
Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- Returned in original packaging
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Redo return coverage was purchased at checkout.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order enters our production schedule and materials are allocated specifically for your piece.
Please note:
Orders canceled due to a mistake or change of heart will incur a 3% processing fee. This covers transaction fees that are not refunded to us when an order is canceled.
Repairs & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
We also offer repairs on all of our jewelry beyond the 30-day window. Reach out to us with your request — each repair is assessed individually and priced accordingly.
