How do I return an item?
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all of our personalized jewelry. ALL personalized items are final sale.
All of our rings are custom made and are considered final sale. We can exchange non personalized rings for sizing issues, please contanct us to find out how.
Non Personalized items may be exchanged for full store credit or credit back to your original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be in original condition and packaging and be unworn. Customers are resposible for shipping fees Please contact us for instructions.
We accept order cancellations up to 24hrs after an order is place, after that orders go into our production scheduled and materials are purchased and allocated to making that piece.
If a product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
We offer repairs on all of our jewelry, please reach out to us for further information as each repair is assessed individually.
