Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our jewelry comes ready to be gifted, packaged in an Isabelle Grace Jewelry logo box. We can include a gift note. Just email us and let us know at claudia@isabellegracejewelry.com
 

How long will it take to get my jewelry?
Our personalized pieces are custom made to order, therefore please allow 5 to 10 business days and then delivery time to receive your piece. For our non personalized pieces we typically ship within 2 to 3 business days.  At any time if there is a possibility of a piece being held up for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible.
 

Can you rush an order?
We will always work with our customers to try to meet a rush order delivery deadline. Contact us at 508.951.1749 or email us at claudia@isabellegracejewelry.com to review your options.

Can I wear my jewelry all the time?
To keep your jewelry looking it's best, we recommend not wearing it while swimming (pools/hot tubs, ocean) or bathing.  Chlorine and other household chemicals or cleaning agents can tarnish your jewelry and even residue from soap, shampoo, perfume (spray perfume before putting on your jewelry and let it dry) etc... can make your jewelry look dull.  Because most of our pieces have a matte finish we include a polish pad for you to use. To remove tarnish and restore the matte finish, gently rub in circular motions over the surface of the piece (don't use the polish pad on any high polish gold accents) rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.  We are always happy to clean your jewelry free of charge for you, simply contact us for instructions.

How do I return an item?

Return/Exchange
Due to the original nature of each piece, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces which include all of our personalized jewelry. ALL personalized items are final sale.

All of our rings are made to order, we do not carry inventory or stock of any ring. When you order a ring, you select the metal and size it is made in and therefore considered a custom product and final sale. We can exchange non personalized rings for sizing issues. A rework/remaking fee will be applied to some ring styles depending on the compexity of the design, this fee can range from $10 to $15. Rings can either be exchanged for size or store credit only. Personalized rings are final sale. Please contact us to find out how to process a ring exchange. 

Non Personalized items may be exchanged for full store credit or credit back to your original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be in original condition and packaging and be unworn.  Customers are resposible for all return shipping fees. All returns should be sent with tracking information, we are not responsible for any lost return packages.  Please contact us for prior authorization.

Order Cancellations and Transaction Fees

We accept order cancellations up to 24hrs after an order is place, after that orders go into our production schedule and materials are purchased and allocated to making that piece.

Orders placed 'by mistake' or requests to cancel an order are subject to a 3% credit card fee. That is not our fee, that is the charge that the credit card processor charges to process the transaction and it is NOT refunded to us when we cancel an order so we will not be able to refund it to you.

Repairs/Replacements

If a product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.

We offer repairs on all of our jewelry, please reach out to us for further information as each repair is assessed individually. 

Errors

If there is an error in personalization on your piece we will replace the piece and ship for fee.  All customer order errors can be revised but will subject to a fee. Please contact us for instructions.

Shipping
Domestic Orders – We ship domestic orders through USPS or UPS. You will see all our shipping options upon checkout. Upon completion of your order you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays with USPS or UPS, once an order is placed we have not control over how long it takes to get to you. 

International Orders - We are happy to ship international orders using USPS International Mail, Global Post or UPS, all shipping orders will be offered at checkout.  Please note that we have to declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date through USPS.  Your international order may be subject to local custom and duties once the order reaches your country; please contact your local customs office for more information on this matter. * Isabelle Grace Jewelry is not responsible for additional duties or taxes.
